The Bruker TruLive3D Light Sheet Microscope is a dual-excitation/single emission objective system ideally suited for macroscopic live imaging of organoids, developing embryos, and cells in 3D culture environments.

This microscope uses two high-NA objectives to evenly illuminate larger samples, rapidly producing high-resolution Z stacks. The system includes 4 lasers and multiple emission filters suitable to many conventional fluorophores and proteins. Additionally, the two cameras allow for both simultaneous and sequential imaging to optimize speed or precision. The integrated environmental chamber enables multi-day live cell imaging.

Main Features:

  • Fluorescence excitation with up to 4 laser lines
  • Two cameras for simultaneous or sequential imaging of different emission wavelengths
  • Fully programmable photomanipulation for real-time FRAP and photostimulation
  • 6-well sample holder for increased throughput with different conditions
  • Integrated environmental chamber for multi-day live-cell time-lapse imaging
