Welcome Shao Li!

To meet the growing and evolving needs of our Users, we are happy to announce that Dr. Shao Li has joined our Advanced Light Microscopy Core team.
Shao recently graduated from the University of Georgia where she worked with Professor Peter Kner. During her graduate studies, Shao developed custom-built optical systems that incorporated several advanced techniques such as TIRF, super resolution (dSTORM), single molecule imaging, and light sheet microscopy. Her knowledge of advanced imaging modalities and open-source image analysis will be a benefit to us all, and will greatly expand the support and guidance offered by the facility.
