Revvity IVIS Lumina III

The Revvity IVIS Lumina III whole animal imaging system includes a light-tight enclosure enabling bioluminescent and fluorescent imaging of individual or multiple rodents.

This microscope relies upon an extremely cooled CCD camera allowing the detection of individual photons. It includes numerous excitation and emission filters allowing for the precise detection of emitted signals. The integrated isoflurane unit is used to stabilize the animals, while the heated stage ensures proper environmental conditions.

Main features:

  • Bioluminescence and Fluorescence imaging including 19 excitation filters and 7 emission filters spanning the visible to NIR wavelengths
  • Capable of imaging 1 – 5 mice, or individual rats or other large animals
  • Integrated isoflurane delivery system
  • Motorized Z stage for improved signal detection
